Thanks for buying your School Remembered book, we know it will make getting organised quick, easy and fun. We’ve made every effort to ensure our books are accurately described and presented to help you make an informed decision.

 

Please note that your purchase is subject to the following terms and conditions:

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The book must be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

• The book must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• The book must be returned in its original packaging. (if possible)

• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
   

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Items not in original condition, damaged, or defective for reasons not due to our error.

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery date.

• Items not in original packaging.

• Sale items.

• Delayed deliveries or unshipped items.
   

Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
 

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at info@schoolremembered.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle such cases individually and will work to find a satisfactory resolution.

If you wish to exchange your book, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be unused.
   

Notify us at info@schoolremembered.com.au within 5 days of receiving your book to request an exchange.

Steps for exchanging books by mail:
 

1. Contact us to request an exchange authorisation and specific return instructions within 5 days of receiving your book.

2. Pack and seal your return securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your receipt.

3. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your book. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.

Once your returned book is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
 

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
 

• Damages that were not reported within 48 hours post-delivery.

• Delays in transit.

• Items not meeting the return conditions listed above.

• Refunds prior to shipment are not permitted; however, a book colour change may be accepted if time permits before dispatch. 

• We are not able to offer a refund for gift wrapping should an item be returned.
